About Nadine Thompson

Before setting up my consultancy in 2021, I worked in senior leadership roles in-house at Tate, English National Opera, the Art Fund and was COO of an international PR agency.

My work has included launching Tate Modern in 2000, working on the Turner Prize, the Unilever Series and other major exhibitions for nearly a decade, and promoting award-winning new productions at ENO between 2008-2010. More recently, I ran campaigns for the re-development of the Whitworth in Manchester and the launch of Richard Wilson’s Slipstream at Heathrow Terminal 2, and provided strategic advice for the Arts Council Collection and the Arnolfini in Bristol.

As a consultant, I have worked with a wide range of clients including the Chelsea Heritage Quarter, the Barbican, Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery and Art History Link-Up.

I am a Member of the Council of the Royal College of Music and a Trustee of Ealing Youth Orchestra

I have a BA in History of Art from the Courtauld, University of London, a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an Arts Management Diploma from Birkbeck College, London.
