  • Chelsea Heritage Quarter: Defining and launching a new partnership

    I was responsible for the strategy and implementation of a new partnership between the Chelsea Physic Garden, the Royal Hospital Chelsea, National Army Museum and Cadogan. I led on the development of a new brand and website and implemented new ways of collaborating and fundraising.

  • Art History Link-Up: Creating a new brand and website

    As part of ongoing consultancy work for Art History Link-Up, I led a project to rebrand the Charity and create a new website and communications assets which has led to increased visibility and awareness.

  • The Barbican: Strategic corporate communications and crisis management

    Leading on communications during a time of change and Covid closures, my work helped the Barbican take a more proactive approach to corporate communications, particularly around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

  • Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery: Audience Engagement Strategy

    I devised a 5 year audience development strategy for Pitzhanger which included communications, membership retention, ticket pricing and events programming and has helped to ensure ongoing success for the organisation.

    This strategic work, alongside my support for Pitzhanger as Chair of the Communications Advisory Committee, led to my involvement in setting up the Ealing Book Festival in partnership with Pitzhanger. The festival, now in its third year, has brought authors such as John Boyne, Elif Shafak, Andrew O’Hagan, Natasha Brown, Sathnam Sanghera and Hanif Kureishi to Ealing.
